Responsibilities- Supervise and manage construction crews, ensuring efficient and high-quality work
- Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to industry and company standards
- Communicate effectively with crew members and clients, discussing plans and production goals
- Ensure all safety and maintenance procedures are strictly followed
- Track and record all expenses, maintaining financial transparency
- Build and manage schedules, confirming crew hours worked
- Prepare job sites for work and oversee them through to completion
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite, promoting a professional image
- Complete all necessary paperwork and information pertaining to the job
- Interact with clients to ensure job satisfaction and build strong relationships
- 1-3 years of experience managing construction projects and/or teams
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines
- Ability to read and communicate plans, drawings, and blueprints effectively
- Dependable attendance record, demonstrating commitment and reliability
- Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions, demonstrating adaptability
