Analysis and assessment of the Navy’s recruiting, manpower, personnel, training, andeducation strategic initiatives (Could perform all or some of these items)4.1.3.1. Assist in the development of strategic communications products.4.1.3.2. Draft talking points.4.1.3.3. Assess existing organizational initiatives and projects to determine possible synergies withnew initiatives.4.1.3.4. Attend meetings, respond to inquiries, and draft meeting records.4.1.3.5. Perform research on the many varied categories associated with Navy military personnel andthe more than 160 jobs within the Navy4.1.3.6. Assist in the development of strategic marketing objectives and strategies to achieve Navy’srecruiting and branding goals.4.1.3.7. Participate in strategic analysis division research out briefs regarding target markets, missionexecution and success rates, budget expenditures, and current and future operations.4.1.3.8. Perform tactical and strategic market research for the marketing plan.4.1.3.9. Provide statistical analysis support to analyze recruiting program requirements, track theexecution of various functions and coordinate program planning efforts.4.1.3.10. Apply operations research, numerical and statistical analysis techniques to support recruitingprograms and initiatives4.1.3.11. Provide statistical analysis support to obtain new enlisted and officer contract informationthrough liaison with other departments.4.1.3.12. Organize, collect, analyze, and present statistical information related to the tracking ofapplicants, goal attainment, and marketing analysis for both officer and enlisted programs.4.1.3.13. Assist in refining Enlisted Accession Plans and Goaling Policies4.1.3.14. Verify appropriate documentation and correlate information from Navy web-basedapplications and databases.4.1.3.15. Provide data spreadsheets used to identify manpower/personnel trends and impacts4.1.3.16. Analyze data and report mission performance trends to command leadership4.1.3.17. Analyze and report on recruiter level performance metrics using various recruitingmanagement systems/databases Analyst IVDegree: Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, business, law, engineering, social sciences, physical/applied sciences or management discipline such as business administration, accounting, finance, economics or management information technology.YoE: 3General Experience: Data Analysis, Program Analysis, Statistical Analysis, and Business Process Improvement.Certifications: None
