High-end, custom fabrication shop seeking career oriented, enthusiastic makers, with various levels of experience, to join our team of fabricators, machinists, welders and finishers.
We are a unique and growing company that aims to foster a respectful, collaborative and inclusive work environment. Our projects range from high end architectural interiors to large scale public sculpture.
This is a full-time position on our shop floor providing the opportunity to grow and hone skills, travel to various site locations and collaborate with highly skilled and creative fabricators from a variety of backgrounds and expertise. Must have a positive attitude, be hard working, attentive to detail, take direction from others and be willing to problem solve technical challenges as part of a team.
Having a combination of some of the following skills is preferred but not required:
- Ability to read and understand shop drawings
- High-end installation
- Machining
- Fine finishing (incl. spray and hand applied finishes)
- Tig welding
- Designing
- Metal/wood fabrication
- Furniture making
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
