We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Oversee, train, and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Menu Development: Execute creative menus that align with our restaurant’s vision and appeal to our diverse clientele.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all dishes meet established quality, presentation, and taste standards.
  • Inventory and Cost Management: Manage kitchen inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste to maintain budgetary goals.
  • Compliance and Safety: Uphold health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen at all times.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with management to plan special events, and seasonal offerings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume establishment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • A passion for culinary arts and staying up to date with industry trends and techniques.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
