Key Responsibilities

- Quality Control: Ensure that all dishes meet established quality, presentation, and taste standards.
- Inventory and Cost Management: Manage kitchen inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste to maintain budgetary goals.
- Compliance and Safety: Uphold health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen at all times.
- Collaboration: Work closely with management to plan special events, and seasonal offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume establishment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- A passion for culinary arts and staying up to date with industry trends and techniques.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training is preferred but not mandatory.
