Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert recommendations on services and products tailored to each individual.
• Perform a wide range of manicure and pedicure services, including the application of polish, acrylics, and other nail enhancements.
• Offer friendly, professional service to all clients, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience.
• Stay knowledgeable about the salon’s service menu and product offerings, confidently addressing any client inquiries.
• Keep up with the latest nail trends and techniques to provide clients with the most innovative and stylish options.
• Uphold the Salon222 luxury experience in every aspect of service and client interaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment at all times.
• Comply with all safety, health, and internal policies to ensure a safe and professional workspace.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year as a Nail Technician with a strong portfolio of manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements. Experience with nail art and various techniques is a plus.
• A valid cosmetology license (or equivalent) issued by the state of Massachusetts. Must meet all legal and professional requirements to practice as a nail technician in the state.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and address client needs professionally.
• Proficient in a wide range of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, acrylics, gel nails, and nail art.
• Strong portfolio with before-and-after photos showcasing your work and versatility.
• Clear and friendly communication to explain services and product recommendations.
• Efficient and organized, ensuring timely, high-quality service.
• Dependable, willing to assist colleagues, and contribute to a positive salon atmosphere.
• Friendly, approachable, and committed to continuous learning and improving your skills.
• Ability to promote salon products and services to help meet revenue goals.

Our Salon Hours:

• Tuesday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• Saturday - Sunday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Mondays: Closed
