Position Title : Guest Experience Supervisor

Reports to : Spa Director

Required Experience :

Minimum 3 years in Salon and Spa or Hospitality leadership role

Position Summary : Coordinate and oversee activities of the guest experience team to ensure professional care for clients and effective and efficient front desk workflow

Essential Functions : To accomplish this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.

• Ensure exceptional customer service by managing the activities of guest experience team members such as checking clients in and checking clients out as well as booking appointments over the phone.
• Create schedules for guest experience team members
• Running appropriate daily reports
• Monitor and review appointment book on a daily basis, checking specifically for : Booking errors, credit cards for new clients, non-request appointments booked in the correct order, and other mistakes.
• Assist in recruiting process for guest experience staff
• Conduct training for all new hires on the front desk procedures.
• Identify and recommend solutions to guest experience team members’ if client issues arise during your shift. Report all customer complaints to management
• Address and document disciplinary issues as needed with guest experience team members
• Attend leadership meetings as required
• Meet goals set forth for revenue, guest satisfaction, rebooking, and retail sales
• Maintain adequate front desk supplies. Ensure retail product inventory is organized and displayed appropriately.
• Maintain the appearance and sanitation in the waiting area
• Monitor the flow of clients checking in. Keep track of length of time waiting and inform them if service is delayed
• Maintain excellent communication and effective working relationships with clients and team members.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
