What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Salon Centric Professional Beauty Supply?
We are a Professional Beauty Supply that works with licensed professionals in the beauty industry.
Our company is looking for a Customer Service Associate who can assist clients with product orders and issues and help maintain high customer retention level. The Associate will be responsible for taking incoming calls from our customer base answering product questions and concerns as well as taking orders. The Associate will be required to develop a comprehensive understanding of our customer service policies and know the issues that need to be handled by management staff for resolution.
Applicant will work a 6-8 hour shift Monday-Friday and a rotation of Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm. If you work a Saturday you will be off on the Monday of that week
Responsibilities and Duties
- Learn to update and input orders and information for our customers into our database
- familiarize yourself with products in order to maintain quality customer service
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop efficient methods of handling issues with large revenue clients
- Unload weekly truck and making sure product is placed in its proper places
- Maintaining store appearance
Qualifications and skills
- Must have valid drivers license
- High School Diploma / GED required
- 2 years experience in customer service
- Ability to work well in team environment
- Strong sense of professionalism and discretion required
