Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience & Front Desk Leadership
- Ensure a 5-star luxury experience for all guests.
- Manage guest communications, including responding to voicemails, emails, and social media inquiries promptly.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional environment that aligns with Salon Halo's high standards.
- Assist stylists with guest resolutions, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee cleanliness and appearance of all salon areas.
- Ensure opening and closing checklists are completed efficiently.
- Support planning and execution of seasonal promotions and decor.
Stylist & Team Performance Support
- Assist in tracking and optimizing stylist productivity.
- Help stylists utilize salon systems for success and goal tracking.
- Support training and coaching efforts to help stylists meet their individual KPIs and career objectives.
