We're currently seeking a talented, passionate, and experienced Hairstylist/Cosmetologist to join our dynamic team and help our clients look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality haircuts, color, styling, and other beauty services (e.g., blowouts, perms, treatments) to clients of various ages and hair types.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest hair and beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge to deliver the best service to clients.
• Offer professional consultations to clients, advising on the best styles, cuts, and colors for their personal needs and preferences.
• Create a positive and comfortable environment for clients, ensuring they feel pampered and valued throughout their appointment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in compliance with safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients’ satisfaction and encouraging return visits.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through outstanding service, professional demeanor, and consistent follow-ups.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive, efficient, and inspiring work environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid cosmetology or hairstylist license (required).
• Proven experience as a hairstylist/cosmetologist with a portfolio of previous work (preferably 2 years).
• Strong knowledge of hair care, styling products, and cutting/coloring techniques.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work well in a team while also being independent and self-motivated.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best.
• A desire to continuously learn and grow in the beauty industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Commission

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
