Retail Manager

SalonCentric of Poplar Bluff is accepting applications for a full-time manager in our brand new location coming soon! We are a premiere wholesale distributor of the finest salon professional beauty brands and a family-owned franchise.

Team Member Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service – Consistently have a positive attitude, friendly personality and willingness to help salon professionals.
• Deliver Results – Sell the finest professional beauty brands and educate customers on promotions, upcoming sales events and advertised products; process and replenish merchandise; maintain store appearance; process sales and return transactions.
• Be an Expert – Gain essential product knowledge & share exciting beauty industry trends with our customers.
• Collaborate – Work together in a positive team environment; achieve goals and priorities.
• Lead- Supervise, manage and LEAD a team of part-time staff to not only grow sales but run day to day operations.

Requirements:

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Retail or management experience required
• Basic reading and math skills
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system
• Must be able to work 2-3 Saturdays per month as availability guidelines require (9am-12pm)
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift
• Must be able to work full-day shifts
• Must be punctual, have a dependable work habit and be detail minded

Our hours of operation are

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Saturday 9:00am-12:00pm

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
