We are seeking an ambitious Associate Market Strategy Analyst to help shape the company’s future strategy through market analysis, financial modeling, and data-driven insights. What You’ll Do
- Market Analysis: Structure and conduct market research using both quantitative and qualitative sources to extract trends, disruptions, and emerging opportunities.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Leverage SQL and other tools to aggregate, clean, and analyze datasets, deriving business insights to support strategic recommendations.
- Financial & Strategic Modeling: Build dynamic models to assess and compare growth opportunities (e.g., size total addressable markets, forecast potential revenue, evaluate investment returns, etc.).
- Strategy Development: Apply critical thinking and analysis to help evaluate and prioritize opportunities and define recommendations that facilitate strategic decisions.
- Presentation & Communication: Synthesize insights into compelling, outcome-oriented recommendations for leadership through reports, presentations, financial models.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on strategic initiatives to understand implications and refine recommendations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytic / quantitative field such as business, economics, finance, or engineering - or have sufficient experience and knowledge required for the role.
- 2 years of experience in an analytical role preferred.
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving, including the ability to break down a problem, logically structure thoughts, identify key questions, challenge assumptions, and recommend solutions.
- Foundational knowledge of general business concepts and terminology, including strategic consulting frameworks and / or financial statements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to synthesize data and present findings concisely.
- Experience (internships, coursework, projects) in financial modeling and/or data analysis.
- Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets, including formulas, functions, basic modeling, and simple data visualization.
- Proficient in SQL (ability to write queries to extract data), or have demonstrated aptitude in similar database extraction language(s).
- Comfortable operating with high energy and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
