Install, inspect, and maintain commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical components.Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines while performing HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance.Interpret and work from complex mechanical and electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to effectively install and service HVAC systems.Install refrigerant piping and braze refrigerant piping effectively, ensuring the use of a nitrogen purge.Safely handle refrigerants and ensure proper disposal practices, adhering to environmental regulations and guidelines.Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment, such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting components to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of systems.Conduct pressure tests to ensure the integrity and safety of the system.Execute proper evacuation hookups as required.Install and maintain condensate piping systems.Utilize a ductulator to read and understand duct sizing requirements.Install and hang ductwork according to specifications.Interact professionally with clients to discuss system issues, provide recommendations, and offer guidance on proper HVAC system usage and maintenance.Maintain accurate records of service and maintenance activities, including equipment specifications, repairs performed, and parts used, for documentation and reporting purposes.Collaborate with other team members, contractors, and vendors to coordinate project timelines, share expertise, and ensure successful completion of HVAC projects.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in HVAC systems to continuously enhance technical knowledge and skills.Adhere to and enforce strict safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.Ensure that all HVAC installations and repairs meet quality standards, manufacturer specifications, and client expectations.Our Hiring Process
