Pay: $42.00-45.00/hr Hygiene Bonus Incentive Plan and Signing Bonus!

Position Summary
- Ensure patients feel as comfortable as possible before their examination
- Sterilize dental instruments properly
- Conduct initial mouth screenings and check oral health history
- Identify conditions like gingivitis, caries or periodontitis
- Clean and help protect patients’ teeth (e.g. remove plaque or apply fluoride)
- Educate patients of all ages on proper teeth care (by demonstrating, for example, good brushing techniques)
- Give instructions to patients after operations or other dental procedures
- Assist dentists with selecting appropriate treatments for various diseases (including oral cancer)
- Maintain documentation and charts on each patient
- Registered Dental Hygienist License in Montana (Required)
- CPR Certification (Required)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a dental hygienists
- Knowledge of dental and equipment and terminologies
- Experience with medical imaging techniques, such as intraoral and extraoral x-rays
- Ability to comply with safety procedures, rules and regulations in order to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Detail orientated and comfortable working a fast-paced office environment
- Excellent oral communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Desire and ability to learn new skills and be a team player
- Commitment to being punctual and reporting to work on time
