Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hour shifts

Responsibilities
- Managing the finances of the dental practice
- Implementing procedures and policies for smooth operations and staffing
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Hiring, training and supervising staff
- Managing insurance claims
- Treatment planning
- Foster our TEAM culture
- Spread our MISSION to our patients
- 3 years in dental management
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
- Strong leadership, communication and motivation skills as well as ability to supervise others
- Success record in training and developing team leaders
- Excellent knowledge of safety regulations and compliance including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards
- Expert knowledge in PPO and Dentical treatment planning
- Expert knowledge in scheduling, and recalling patients
- Excellent knowledge in customer service
- Excellent computer skills for email correspondence, financial transactions and scheduling of appointments
- Excellent experience in reporting and analyzing data
- Efficient multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Maturity, tact, integrity and respect for patient confidentiality
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work history
- Large dental practice management
