Position Summary
We’re looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This role requires a keen eye for aesthetics, a passion for storytelling through visuals, and the technical skills to bring concepts to life. You’ll work on a wide range of projects from brand development to video content, helping us maintain a cohesive and compelling visual identity for SALT Dental Partners, as well as their partner brands.
What You’ll Do:
- Design digital and print assets including social media graphics, presentations, email templates, marketing materials, and more.
- Create engaging video content for web, social, and promotional use (editing, animation, motion graphics, etc.).
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to produce visually appealing and effective content for internal and external audiences.
- Develop and refine logos, brand icons, and identity systems.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
- Conceptualize and execute creative ideas from start to finish.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
What You Bring:
- 3 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia, or a related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and video work.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Experience with video editing and basic motion graphics.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to take feedback and iterate designs quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with animation or 3D design.
- Photography and photo editing skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
