Patient Care Coordinator

The Smile Shoppe is seeking a friendly and organized Dental Front Desk professional to join our team. As a Dental Front Desk, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and checking in patients
• Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
• Verifying insurance coverage and processing payments
• Maintaining patient records and updating information
• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
  
  

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Prior dental office experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

This position is 3 days a week with full-time benefits.
