What We Offer
- Full-time - 4 days/week - 8am-4pm

- We offer in-office General Anesthesia with a dedicated Anesthesiologist
- Group practice with amazing Board-certified Pediatric Dentists
- Compensation Package: $1200 daily rate or 32% of adjusted production, whichever is greater
- Productive practice projecting annual income ranging from $350,000-450,000
- Comprehensive medical, dental, vision and 401k match

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following:
- Provide diagnosis and present a comprehensive professional dental treatment plan to your patients to help them achieve optimal oral health, using accepted clinical and radiological techniques.
- May arrange for referral to dental specialists when appropriate.
- Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centric working environment.
- Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g, OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook).
You will be required to possess the following:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid Washington state dental license or eligibility to obtain
- Dedicated to growth, confident, and collaborative with a leadership mentality
- 1 years of previous experience working as a Pediatric Dentist preferred
- Certificate of completion of a residency from an accredited post-graduate Pediatric Dentistry Program
- Nitrous Oxide certification
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
