We utilize advanced dental technology, including CBCT 3D x-rays and Cerec technology for same-day crowns, to provide the highest quality care.
Position Details:
- Location: Herriman, UT
- Schedule: Part-time to start, with potential for full-time as the practice grows
- Monday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Office Coordination:
- Greet and assist patients with a warm, friendly demeanor
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient records
- Handle billing, insurance claims, and financial transactions
- Maintain effective communication with patients regarding treatment plans and follow-ups
- Dental Hygiene Assistance:
- Assist dental hygienists during patient procedures
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Ensure operatory areas are clean and organized
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices
Qualifications:
- Front office experience in dentistry or healthcare
- Completion of a dental assisting training program (new graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
