What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banquet Server/Set-up Attendant position at Salt Fork Lodge?
Pay dependent on experience, $11-$15/hr.
Seeking candidates with outgoing, friendly personalities for our Banquet Server/Set-up attendant positions
Banquet Server/Set-up position serves plated or buffet meals for all group events such as holiday buffets, weddings, corporate events, family reunions, etc. in the ballroom, lounge and/or restaurant area. The server/set-up team member places linen and skirting as required by the Banquet Event Order (BEO) along with setting up and troubleshooting Audio Visual equipment. This team member provides beverage/snacks to meeting rooms and assist with set-up as needed. Work is considered intermittent and based on group bookings.
Open availability will be given priority. Weekends & holidays required. Shifts may start as early as 5am for breakfast and as late as 12am for weddings/events. May also require split shifts at times. Must be able to repeatedly lift/carry up to 25 lbs., frequently lift/carry up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift/carry up to 75 lbs. Requires lifting, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and standing for long periods of time.
