We are seeking an experienced cook to join our team at Salt Fork Lodge. This role involves working in a high-volume restaurant atmosphere, preparing breakfast, lunch or dinner menu items for the Dining Room and Lounge or banquet events.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare meals for guests in a fast-paced environment
- Work on the hot or cold line to prepare menu items
- Wash dishes in the absence of a dishwasher
Requirements
- Previous experience as a cook in a high-volume atmosphere
- Ability to sauté, fry, broil and grill
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
