What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lifeguard Supervisor position at Salt Fork Lodge?
Lifeguard Supervisor/Activities Attendant should be outgoing, friendly and have the ability to work with all age ranges from small children to adults! Seasonal position working Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Must be Lifeguard Certified. Salt Fork will reimburse for the Lifeguard certification at the end of the season. Season ends Labor Day, September 2, 2025. Rate of pay for the Supervisor is $14.00/hour.
Essential functions:
- Ensure the safety of all guests to foster enjoyment of facilities by all.
- Uphold the appearance and cleanliness standards of the pool facilities to enhance guest perception.
- Create and administer activities to encourage all guests to enjoy their stay and appreciate Ohio’s natural resources.
- Monitor pool facilities to refill consumable supplies to allow all guests to utilize amenities.
- Communicate information to all stakeholders so that everyone is aware of needs and opportunities.
- Manage organizational resources to facilitate exceptional guest experiences.
- Obtain required certifications for yourself and your team to perform within the confines of the law.
- Ability to work and/or relate to all age ranges from small kids to adults
- Outgoing, friendly, customer service attitude
- Available day shifts & night shifts during summer; weekends & holidays required

Responsibilities:
- Perform Lifeguard Supervisory functions including the Activities function
- Performing activities with children on an hourly basis as assigned
- Assist with corporate group team building activities as needed
- Work tie dye event weekly
- Pop popcorn nightly & clean machine
