Seeking a Snack Bar Cook at the Salt Fork Lodge Marinas to take and prepare guest’s requested order.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare guest's food order in a timely and safe manner to the specifications as ordered.
- Restock coolers as needed before, during and after shift.
- Ring up guest sales and accepts method of payment.
- Set up and/or tear down kitchen area depending on shift.
- Assist counter sales and dock hands as needed.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen to required standards.
Requirements:
- Previous cook experience in a fast paced environment
- Previous experience using POS systems
- Availability must include mornings, evenings, weekends & holidays.
