Retail Sales Associate
We are seeking highly motivated and friendly candidates to join our retail team as a Sales Associate. This role is ideal for those who enjoy interacting with guests, working in a fast-paced environment, and taking pride in providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in the gift shop
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking and rearranging merchandise as needed
- Conduct monthly inventory checks and report any discrepancies
- Provide cash handling services and operate a point-of-sale system
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older due to wine sales requirements
- Previous experience in customer service settings with cash handling responsibilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Availability to work varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays during the summer months
