The Brant Nantucket, an all-new boutique hotel, welcomes guests to experience the destination like never before. The hotel is situated in the heart of verdant Brant Point, minutes from downtown and steps from the beach.

A classic bed and breakfast built in a convincing 17th-century replica style, The Brant Nantucket features 26 luxuriously appointed guest rooms and bathrooms, an expansive lawn with lawn games, fire pits, and plenty of quiet corners to enjoy a delicious, handcrafted cocktail.

The Brant Nantucket will be relaunched officially in the spring/summer of 2025. This iconic location in Nantucket has become the meeting spot for members and guests to enjoy the simple beauty of Nantucket that creates memories for generations.

What you will do.

We are seeking friendly, guest-oriented, kind individuals to join our team as Hosts at our charming hotel in Nantucket. The Host will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience during their stay, with a particular focus on managing the club amenities and providing personalized service to enhance their visit.

What you will do.

1. **Club Management: **

- Maintain and oversee the operations of the hotel's club facilities, including common areas, and recreational spaces.

- Ensure the club area and guest rooms are well-maintained, clean, and properly stocked with amenities such as towels, refreshments, and reading materials.

- Arrange and coordinate club events, activities, and social gatherings for guests, fostering a sense of community and engagement.

2. **Guest Services: **

- Welcome guests to the hotel and provide them with a warm and hospitable introduction to the club facilities.

- Assist guests in understanding the club amenities available to them and answer any questions they may have.

- Offer recommendations and information about local attractions, restaurants, and events to enhance the guest experience.

3. **Personalized Assistance: **

- Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs by providing personalized services, such as booking reservations, arranging transportation, and helping with luggage.

- Tailor recommendations and services to individual guest preferences and special requests.

4. **Customer Relations: **

- Build strong relationships with guests and members, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging return visits.

- Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally and effectively, striving to resolve any issues promptly and ensuring a positive outcome.

5. **Collaboration: **

- Work closely with other team members, including front desk staff, housekeeping, and management, to ensure seamless guest experiences.

- Communicate guest preferences, requests, and relevant information to colleagues to provide consistent service.

What you will need.

- High school diploma or equivalent; BA/BS degree preferred hospitality or customer service training is a plus.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and presentation standards.

- Familiarity with the local area and Nantucket attractions.

- Previous experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
