What You Will Do:
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a spotless kitchen by ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and sanitized according to health and safety regulations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Carefully clean and store all kitchen equipment, utensils, and tools, reporting any damages or malfunctions to the management efficiently.
- Waste Management: Manage waste disposal carefully and sustainably, in line with our environmental policies and procedures.
- Supporting the Team: Assist the kitchen staff with food preparation tasks, deliveries, and storage organization as needed.
- Inventory Management: Conduct inventory checks for cleaning supplies and report the need for restock in a timely manner.
- Multi-tasking: Ability to manage a variety of tasks in a busy kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of performance.
- Adherence to Standards: Follow all established protocols for kitchen safety, food handling, and storage, ensuring compliance with local health codes.
What You Will Need:
- Previous experience in a kitchen support role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of industrial kitchen equipment and appliances.

- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
