Position Overview:
Our educators foster a love of learning in a supportive, student-centered environment. Teachers will design engaging lessons, build strong relationships, and collaborate with colleagues to create an enriching educational experience. With a focus on academic excellence and whole-child development, this role is ideal for educators who are committed to inspiring young minds.
Key Responsibilities:
*Use a variety of instructional strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs, including MLL (Multilingual Learners) and SPED (Special Education) students.
*Implement appropriate accommodations and modifications to ensure equitable access to learning for all students.
*Assess student progress through formal and informal evaluations and adjust instruction accordingly.
*Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student growth and achievement.
*Integrate technology and hands-on learning experiences to enhance instruction.
*Foster social-emotional learning and classroom community through positive behavior management.
*Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best teaching practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field.
Valid Utah Teaching License with an Elementary Education endorsement.
Strong understanding of early literacy development and evidence-based reading instruction.
Excellent collaboration, flexibility, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with data-driven instruction and intervention strategies preferred.
Strong communication skills and a passion for student success.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with MTSS, RTI, and PLCs.
Training or certification in evidence-based literacy programs
Experience working with diverse student populations, including ELLs and students with disabilities.
Proficiency in using educational technology tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,550.00 - $70,000.00 per year
