What will I Do?
You will work in an excellent new ballpark, with a great team, creating lasting memories for our guests and fans! You will be responsible for assisting the players and coaches during the game. You will set up the dugout and ensure umpires have everything they need.
The position will:
- Fill all water coolers for dugouts and bullpens before the game
- Stock cups in the dugout and bullpen
- Carry equipment such as bats, balls, helmets, and any other gear necessary to and from dugout when asked or needed
- Any other duties assigned by the Clubhouse Manager or supervisor
- Retrieve foul balls that remain on the field during the game and bring balls to umpires
- Observe game and pay close attention to address umpires needs during the game
- Support the building of a diverse culture that enriches the lives of our employees, customers, partners and communities

What are the requirements of the Job?

- Attend a minimum of 75% of Bees home games.
- Ability to work well individually and in a team setting.
- Initiative; hard working and positive attitude
- Intermediate knowledge of baseball
- Ability to think quickly on your feet and operate in stressful situations.
- Passion for working within the sports industry.
- Ability to work well with other team members.
- Ability to be welcoming, outgoing, energetic, and display a positive attitude.
- Able to work in all weather conditions
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Be able to sit, stand, bend, walk, and climb stairs for long periods of time
- Often required to work long hours and be available when needed or as business requires (including holidays, nights and weekends)
What are the hourly rates?
The wage is $12.00/hour.
Is this part-time or full-time?
This is a seasonal (March-September) part-time position
