What will I Do?
You will work in an excellent new ballpark, with a great team, creating lasting memories for our guests and fans! You will be responsible for enhancing the fan experience at the Ballpark through strategic fan engagement, sponsorship fulfillment, contributing to the ballpark atmosphere, and helping to unite the Salt Lake Bees community.

The position will:
- Show case professional on-field presence that contributes to overall experience at the ballpark
- Exhibit engagement energy that resonates with fans of all ages
- Work with the marketing team to execute promotional content and sponsorship fulfillments
- Adapt to the dynamic nature of live promotions and stressful situations
- Find innovative ways to engage crowd to enhance the experience
- Effectively communicate on and off the field
- Work within the Marketing team to utilize and maximize the use of the team mascot
- Appear as a spokesperson for the Salt Lake Bees on traditional and digital media outlets
- Participate in pre-game Game Operations Production Meetings
- Other duties as assigned
What are the requirements of the Job?
We want to give our guests the best sporting experience possible. To do this, our jobs demand reliability, positivity, and hard work. We believe you have what it takes to make a great impact!
- Previous experience as an on-field/court host in a Sports/Entertainment environment preferred
- Microphone, camera, and crowd familiarity
- Passion for game day entertainment
- Basic understanding of baseball and flow of the game
- Willingness to be a member of a dynamic team and work collectively to achieve team goals
- Flexibility in work hours, including availability for some nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional attitude and ability to receive direction and feedback from various sources
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to attend 75% of games (https://www.milb.com/salt-lake/schedule)
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as games can occur during non-traditional working hours.
- Plan and prioritize work to meet commitments and align with organizational goals
- Confident, self-motivated, and able to demonstrate a passionate commitment to the business
- Passion for engaging with small and large crowds to help the overall fan experience
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Ability to work effectively under fast-paced, high-stress situation

This is a seasonal (March-September) part-time position
