What will I Do?
You will work in an excellent new ballpark, with a great team, creating lasting memories for our guests and fans. You will be responsible for assisting the Ticket Operations, Parking, and Guest Experience teams through processing ticket orders, troubleshooting ticket issues, overseeing the nightly parking operations, and assisting in guest service tasks. On game nights, you will provide a superior level of customer service to guests as they arrive, experience, and leave events at The Ballpark at America First Square.
The position will:
- Act as a representative of the Salt Lake Bees, at all times, by your attitude, demeanor, and willingness to provide quality guest service
- Display people skills to work well with others by responding appropriately to supervisors, co-workers, and stadium guests/patrons
- Perform box office functions in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. These include selling tickets, running reports, fulfilling ticket orders, assisting guests with inquiries and resolving guest issues
- Supporting game day staff and preparing Box Office for game days
- Train and oversee parking staff. Ensure parking lots are open on time, assist guests with purchasing parking, resolve issues and ensure maximized usage of the parking lots
- Provide parking financial reports to Ticket Operations Manager at the conclusion of each event
- Display personal responsibility to complete tasks and duties in a timely manner and with confidentiality
- Assists Sales Staff with customer service issues according to our policies on both game and non-game days
- Communicate clearly and keep current on information guests may inquire about. These include but are not limited to ballpark layout, seating locations, hospitality spaces, food and merchandise options
- Sell tickets in both indoor and outdoor environments
- Initiate contact with our guests by warmly welcoming them as they arrive
- Address and resolve any guest issues or concerns as they arise
- Own the experience that you create for our guests
- Create noteworthy moments for our guests that help create lasting memories
- Find a way to always get to “yes”
- Work most Bees home games (75 home games)
- Report to and receive assignments from the Ticket Operations Managers
- Be a good teammate, contribute positively to a winning culture, and be respectful
- Other duties as assigned
What are the requirements of the Job?

- 1-year experience in a sporting or guest service-related field is preferred
- Knowledge, understanding, and comfort with computers
- Highly organized and resourceful, with the ability to multi-task
- Must be able to stand for long periods and work outdoors
- Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google products
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Ability to work effectively under fast-paced, high-stress situations
- Outdoor tasks to guide and assist guests as they arrive to the Ballpark
- Ability to handle guest service issues including refunds and exchanges
- Ability to calm dissatisfied guests through empathetic dialog
