Job Summary
The Manager of the Enterprise Administrative Applications group is responsible for overseeing the life cycle and business continuity for departmental enterprise software applications critical to Salt Lake Community College (SLCC) operations and strategic initiatives. This role involves working with various enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, and BPM tools, ensuring their optimal performance and security as well as developing and maintaining integrations with other enterprise systems using cloud safe standards and architectures. The Enterprise Administrative Applications group will also be responsible for planning and overseeing the retirement of legacy systems and customizations. This will include overseeing and planning the migration of current outdated processes to the native capabilities of the ERP and other software. Enterprise Administrative Applications group will also be responsible for mentoring, coaching, and supervising the Enterprise Administrative Applications group comprise of the Enterprise Application Administrators. SLCC is an in-person public facing institution. The requirements for collaboration and interaction in this role necessitate a significant on campus presence of 80%. Essential Responsibilities and Duties Oversee the work of the Enterprise Administrative Applications group. This includes designing and carrying out operational planning, ERP and enterprise systems strategy development, succession and business continuity planning, and IT governance. Establish departmental standards for processes and documentation. This will also include meeting with various stakeholders regarding systems planning, augmentation, implementation, and maintenance.
Mentor, coach and supervise the Enterprise Application Administrators in the Enterprise Administrative Applications group. This includes payroll and HR responsibilities as well as guiding professional development.
Perform enterprise application administrator work as an added team resource.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal teams to implement and support business solutions and advise Business Systems Analysts on automation, implementation and integration impacts. This work requires significant in person collaboration and on campus presence.
Participate in professional development opportunities.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties Continued Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
- Five (5) years of full time paid direct experience as a senior enterprise application administrator or similar role.
