Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Community Manager role located in Salt Lake City, UT. The Community Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the coworking space, maintaining member relations, and ensuring the overall success and growth of the Work Club. The role involves coordinating events, community engagement, collaborating with vendors, and implementing operational strategies. You will work to build an active, engaged, and loyal community of members while creating meaningful connections with members and external organizations. You will play a key role in our expansion and have the opportunity to grow with the company as we take on new projects.
As we establish our presence in Salt Lake City, we are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Community Manager to take full ownership of the coworking space, drive growth, and create a vibrant community. You will work directly with the General Manager of Salt Lake Crossing to align coworking strategies with the overall vision of the property.
Core Responsibilities
Coworking Growth & Revenue Management:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase memberships, meeting room bookings, and event rentals.
- Drive sales efforts through outreach, networking, and lead generation.
- Monitor and optimize pricing, membership offerings, and promotions to drive occupancy and revenue.
- Track key performance metrics and adjust strategies for sustained growth.
- Manage the coworking space’s Profit & Loss to ensure financial sustainability and revenue optimization.
Community & Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with members, vendors, and external partners to create an engaged and connected coworking community.
- Facilitate introductions to promote collaboration and support a culture of unity.
- Champion Aurum’s mission by cultivating moments of "magic" through surprise-and-delight touches, thoughtful gestures, and responsive service.
- Act as the main point of contact for members, ensuring their needs are met and creating an outstanding experience.
- Develop partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to enhance brand presence and member benefits.
Event Management & Brand Building:
- Lead the planning and execution of creative, high-impact events, including networking opportunities, workshops, and community gatherings.
- Curate and maintain an engaging event calendar that supports the professional and social needs of Work Club members.
- Organize engaging member programming, including networking events, wellness initiatives, holiday celebrations, and learning opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive brand awareness and promote Work Club offerings across digital and social platforms.
Hospitality & Experience Management:
- Deliver an exceptional hospitality experience by ensuring the Work Club is welcoming, well-maintained, and professionally managed.
- Oversee the daily operations of the coworking space, including facility management, cleanliness, and vendor coordination.
- Provide seamless onboarding and support to new members, ensuring they integrate smoothly into the Work Club community.
- Address member inquiries, concerns, and operational issues with a solutions-oriented approach.

Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience in customer service and building relationships
- Experience in coworking, property management, hospitality, or community-focused roles.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of coworking industry trends and best practices
- Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience with Yardi Kube and/or other coworking tools is a huge plus.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and lead generation.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing tools, and social media platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate community events and other key responsibilities.
