What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shuttle and Charter Bus Driver position at Salt Lake Express?
Salt Lake Express:
- Class A or B with passenger and air-brake endorsements with minimum 3 years experience preferred.
- No CDL, no problem, we offer a free, PAID, CDL training program.
- Multiple full time, part time, and seasonal positions available.
Job Purpose:
- Transports passengers by inspecting and driving bus along designated route; helping passengers; maintaining safe operations.
Duties:
- Organizes work by obtaining route assignment; completing paperwork.
- Prepares vehicle by completing operator inspections; reporting required repairs.
- Picks up and discharges passengers by following designated route; stopping at designated locations; announcing locations; calling in delays; requesting emergency maintenance; making operator repairs.
