About The Opportunity
Key responsibilities will include :
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer expectations are exceeded, resolving customer issues as they arise.
- Coach and develop team members in all aspects of their role.
- Monitor, review, and manage store sales performance against targets, driving improvements as required.
- Complete store administration to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Manage and maintain store expenses within budget.
- Roster team members for effective store coverage and in accordance with Award and budget requirements.
- Ensure all team members maintain strong product knowledge, store presentation, stock presentation, and housekeeping standards.
- Manage the minimization of loss or damage to stock and assets in store.
- Conduct local competitor activity by scooping the local market and providing feedback to the Regional Manager.
