We’re a favorite among locals and tourists alike, offering a mix of our own clothing line and top swim brands like Benoa, Acacia, and Indah. Our brand is built on authenticity, creativity, and a deep love for Hawaii, and we want someone who can capture that magic through digital content.
What You’ll Do
- Create and execute social media campaigns that showcase our brand, products, and Kauai’s island lifestyle.
- Plan, style, and coordinate photoshoots (both in-store and on-location) to create content that resonates.
- Develop and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and our blog.
- Manage and grow our social media presence, increasing engagement and follower count through strategic content.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators to expand our reach.
- Take in-store product shots and create visually compelling displays.
- Track and analyze social media performance, using insights to refine strategies.
- Be present for in-store events and promotions, capturing live content and creating buzz.
- Stay ahead of social media trends to ensure our brand remains fresh, relevant, and highly shareable.
What We’re Looking For
- A creative powerhouse with a keen eye for aesthetics, color, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent writing skills with a fun, youthful, and engaging brand voice.
- Proficiency in Instagram, Instagram Stories, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and Facebook. Bonus points if you’ve successfully grown an account!
- Experience using analytics platforms to measure success and adjust strategies.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail—no sloppy captions or misaligned aesthetics here!
- Self-motivated and proactive—we want someone who goes beyond the bare minimum and takes initiative.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment, capturing content in real-time.
- Open availability to post and engage throughout the scheduled times (HST & PST).
