About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Development Manager (PDM) to drive growth and success through our strategic partner ecosystem in the U.S. East Region. The ideal candidate will be a connector with have experience in pipeline build and business development and is a confidante to Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Strategy & Development Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners while strengthening relationships with existing partners to drive mutual business growth.
  • Business Growth & Sales Enablement, collaborate with partners to develop go-to-market strategies, joint business plans, and revenue-generating opportunities. Monitor and evaluate partner performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration, work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless partner integration and success.
  • Market Insights & Competitive Analysis, stay informed about security industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to refine partner strategies.
  • Contract Negotiations & Compliance, support partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Training & Enablement, deliver ongoing partner training and enablement programs to ensure partners are equipped with the right resources and knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in partner development, business development, or channel sales.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in security technology, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Crossbeam a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Willingness to travel 30%-40%.


Salary : $200,000 - $250,000
