Job Summary
We are looking for an amazing person to work in an innovative and growing salt spa concept.
We are seeking a dependable candidate with an outgoing friendly personality and positive can-do it all attitude.
Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work weekends and some holidays are required. The candidate will deliver a professional and attentive first impression to all the guests. This is a full time position only.
Responsibilities and Duties
Duties include answering phones, appointment scheduling, being well versed in benefits of our services /we will train/,
interacting with customers, selling merchandise and services, starting therapeutical sessions, restocking shelves. A Candidate must have excellent communication skills and customer service experience.
Qualifications and Skills
We need someone who is punctual, organized, motivated, friendly, reliable, hard working and detail oriented. A computer knowledge in reception work is a requirement to apply for this position. A candidate must be able to communicate with clients, answer emails and compute quotes for services.. Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems and the ability to multitask.

This is a full time position with rotating schedule with weekend hours.
