What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marina Coordinator/Dockmaster position at Salt Waterfront Kitchen?
Full Time (or Temporary Part Time Position - would become full time in August)
You will work in tandem with another office coordinator as a training period; in August, you will take over as the only office coordinator .

Specifics duties of the position:
- Create and send contracts
- Communicate with transients
- Accounts receivable
- Create and manage ship store
- Fuel boats
- Answer phone
- Respond to emails
- Maintain money drawer total
- Create weekly deposits
- Schedule travel lift appts
- Coordinate other large projects
- File papers
- Bill tenants for electricity
- Manage monthly rent invoices
- Dock walks
- Distribute, receive, and organize new hire paperwork for marina and restaurant
- Any other reasonable requests by management
Salary and hours will be discussed during the interview.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
