ROLE: EXPERIENTIAL TOUR MANAGER (CONTRACT)

ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are hiring experiential tour managers tour for a month long sampling activation, across several US cities . Tour managers will have in-person training during the week of May 20th and then will be on the road for the majority of their contract, traveling with a team as well as branded assets. Accountabilities will include working with venues, retailers, vendors, and acting as liaison between Salt back office team and field staff.
*Please note that this is a freelance/contracted 1099 role
RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Managing all executional details and overseeing activation
- Ensuring the schedule is top of mind and timelines are met throughout the tour
- Crew/team management
- Setup and teardown at all tour stops
- Preparing logistics for all tour stops with venue contacts
- Facilitating licensing and permitting where necessary
- Working as hybrid of manager and brand ambassador at every tour stop, engaging with consumers
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- Proven In-field / Tour management experience
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent active listening & time management skills
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others internally and externally
- Organized with the ability to multi-task if required
- Proactive attitude with a passion for team & client satisfaction
- High level of efficiency and accuracy
REQUIREMENTS:
- Available full-time from mid-May through end of June
- Ability to travel domestically
- Must be able to adhere to all provincial and federal regulations pertaining to COVID-19 restrictions
- Must be willing to work weekends
- Open to all US locations but bonus if you are located in/near one of the following tour markets:
Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Houston, Madison/Milwaukee or Philadelphia.
