The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) will execute enterprise HR programs to support the operation of our production facility. This role is critical in enhancing organizational effectiveness, developing talent strategies, and implementing people initiatives. It requires providing internal customer support, championing company culture, driving HR functional excellence, and leading change management efforts.
The HRBP will act as a Cultural Ambassador, ensuring that company values are integrated into all employee experience-related projects, tasks, and programs.
This position is on-site in Pennsauken-NJ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic link between local operations, functional teams, and enterprise HR, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- Engage with employees at all levels in a 24/7 plant environment, adjusting work hours as needed to support off-shift operations, investigations, and key communication events.
- Provide performance management, employee development, and coaching to leaders, working closely with operations to drive retention and engagement strategies.
- Partner with HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition teams to support recruitment efforts, ensuring alignment with enterprise programs and delivering an excellent candidate experience.
- Oversee workforce planning, headcount tracking, and temporary associate evaluations while supporting job description reviews and hiring approvals.
- Conduct all offboarding activities, including exit interviews, asset collection, and employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
- Support employee orientation and learning & development programs, ensuring completion tracking and facilitation of training initiatives.
- Maintain positive employee relations by fostering open communication and responding to concerns proactively.
- Organize and execute employee engagement activities and communication initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, legal requirements, and risk management practices, partnering with the legal team as needed.
- Act as a point of contact for benefits, wellness programs, HRIS systems, and leave of absence inquiries, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum 5 years of HRBP experience in a manufacturing, 24/7 service industry, or similar environment (e.g., healthcare, hospitality, retail).
- Strong understanding of HR processes, employment laws (federal and state), and talent acquisition for production roles.
- Experience coaching frontline supervisors and handling HR data entry within an HRIS system.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization.
- Ability to balance business needs while ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills to drive positive outcomes.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and cultural awareness.

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
