Recruitment Consultant – Sales & Marketing

We are looking to expand our team in Salt NYC. Having recently established an office in this location we are keen to grow our presence and are looking for junior recruitment consultants who specialize in sales or marketing, alternatively, this could suit a sales expert who is looking to utilize transferable skills in a new career as a Recruitment Consultant.

About the role:
Reporting to the Associate Director of Sales in North America, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to post-placement follow-up and managing candidates. You will have a proactive approach to building your areas of expertise for both candidates and clients and maximize existing client relationships – identifying and actively developing strong and positive relationships.
As a recruitment consultant you will be a skilled communicator, bringing a love of recruitment and a people-first approach to deliver outstanding service. You will be able to demonstrate your strength in building long-lasting business relationships and understand how to execute strategies to deliver results.
