We are seeking an experienced excavator to join our team. We're looking for an experienced Excavator to handle site excavation and utility installation for custom home projects. The ideal candidate is proficient with excavators, track loaders, and compaction equipment, and is committed to quality work and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Site Excavation: Perform excavation for custom home foundations, basements, and other site needs.
• Utility Installation: Install water, sewer, gas, and electrical lines in compliance with local requirements.
• Equipment Operation: Operate excavators, track loaders, and compaction equipment safely and efficiently.
• Site Preparation: Clear sites, grade land, and ensure proper drainage for construction readiness.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and field crews to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe job site.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in excavation, preferably in residential or custom home construction.
• Skills: Proficiency in operating excavation equipment, attention to detail, and strong teamwork abilities.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• License: No formal licensing required.

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary: $55,000$75,000 per year, depending on experience.
• Vacation: Two weeks of paid vacation annually.
