Description: As a Sales & Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and expanding our client base. This role requires an individual with a strong understanding of the industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to generating leads and closing sales. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.
Job Requirements/Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research and identify new potential clients and target markets.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate qualified leads. o Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and expand the client network.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Create and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. o Conduct initial discovery meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and update the CRM with accurate details of interactions, stages, and outcomes.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for new clients, building and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Provide consistent follow-up and communication to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities with previous sale clients. o Work closely with the project coordinators and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and transition of new clients.
Market Research & Analysis
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to support product improvements and marketing initiatives based on client feedback and market demands.
Reporting & Performance Metrics
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead conversion rates, sales targets, and revenue generated.
- Use data insights to refine strategies, optimize sales processes, and improve overall performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Technology Industry (Web Design, IT, Marketing, Development)
