Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Server to join our team at Salted Mill. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and attentive demeanor, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As a Server, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
- Present menus and explain daily specials, answering any questions about the menu items.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Ensure guests have everything they need during their meal, anticipating and responding to requests.
- Monitor tables and dining area to provide attentive service without being intrusive.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas, including cleaning and resetting tables.
- Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Continuously strive to improve skills and knowledge in hospitality and customer service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation: $16.28
With tips $16.28-$50.00 an hour
