We have 3 roles that are based in the WEST, EAST and the SOUTHEASTERN REGIONS

About the Role: Salto is seeking several dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Sales Consultants (TSC) to join our team. The TSC will play a crucial role in fostering strong partnerships, ensuring quote and order configuration accuracy, and providing top-notch support and training to our stakeholders. This position requires a detailed oriented person and problem solver that thrives when helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Some relationships with partners will be ongoing while others are less frequent, however the same dedication to quality work and fulfilling their expectations is key
• Support & Training: Provide personalized support, training, and resources to partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to quote and order Salto’s products and services
• Technical Support: A Scheduled resource to ensure partners have the technical skills for successful projects. Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate and address future needs to prevent issues before they arise
• Sustainable Growth: Foster a culture of curiosity, continuous improvement, and accountability
• Brand Building: Provide a level of support that promotes both Salto’s and the partners reputation and brand
  
  

Qualifications: (Remote based position)

• Strong knowledge of Salto products and deployment scenarios
• Excellent problem-solving skills and detailed work output
• Ability to provide excellent support to all partners and stakeholders
• Willingness to travel and train partners and stakeholders
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
