About the Role
As a Litigation Paralegal, you’ll play a key role in supporting our attorneys with a variety of responsibilities, including discovery, quality control, document organization, and processing of electronic, paper, and audiovisual files. Your attention to detail will help streamline processes, ensuring that the legal team is prepared for success.
In this exciting role, you’ll be responsible for reviewing documents, analyzing evidence, drafting correspondence, discovery documents, notices, and more. You’ll also demonstrate your expertise in eDiscovery, case calendaring, research, and exhibit management to keep cases running smoothly. Your proficiency in ESI (Electronic Storage of Information) will be essential in this fast-paced and rewarding position.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
- A Paralegal Certificate
- 3-7 years of experience in litigation support, working with multiple attorneys (knowledge of transactional law and administrative hearings is a plus)
- Proven eDiscovery experience
- Familiarity with trial presentation software like Logikcull and Case Notebook
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong understanding of operating systems
- Outstanding research and writing skills
- Litigation experience required; administrative hearing experience a bonus
- Ability to thrive under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with attorneys, staff, clients, and outside vendors while maintaining confidentiality
