Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule Radiology/Imaging procedures as requested by referring physicians
- Confirm appointments with patients prior to their scheduled dates
- Adjust schedules to accommodate urgent needs or cancellations
- Coordinate with staff to ensure patient preparation and equipment availability
- Collect and document relevant patient information for procedures
- Maintain organized records, reports, and scheduling documents
Qualifications:
- Preferred: 5 years of customer service experience
- Strong phone communication and multitasking skills
