Saltwater is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the charge on client engagements from kickoff to final delivery—and beyond. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive project success by managing scope, schedule, and budget, while leading cross-functional teams and maintaining stellar client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from start to finish—planning, resourcing, tracking, delivery
- Manage scope, budget, risks, and timelines across multiple workstreams
- Collaborate with design, development, content, and strategy teams
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, running meetings, and providing updates
- Build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams
- Ensure work exceeds expectations before it even hits a client’s inbox
- Inspire, support, and grow your project team every step of the way
- Help identify new opportunities within existing accounts
Experience & Requirements:
- 5 years of project management experience in a digital agency environment
- Deep understanding of digital platforms, tools, and trends
- Experience with Agile or hybrid methodologies
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Workamajig, and Smartsheet
- Hands-on knowledge of WordPress (Beaver Builder is a plus)
- Familiarity with Figma, GatherContent, and standard marketing performance metrics
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate creative and technical requirements into actionable plans
- Comfortable presenting to clients and internal stakeholders
- Understand how to talk shop with devs (HTML/CSS/JS familiarity is a plus)
