We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Communications Director to join our team. This role will involve developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan, managing communication platforms, and supporting fund development and special events.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a Senior Marketing position, implementing and managing a successful marketing plan and communication platforms for a medium-sized organization
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proven extensive track record of successful marketing and public relations strategies
- Knowledge of advanced software applications
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an outgoing, dynamic personality capable of building and maintaining strong professional relationships
- Excellent organization skills and ability to coordinate multiple ongoing projects anticipatory of deadlines
- Effective written, oral, and public speaking skills
- Ability to lead long-range plans, business and marketing plans; and facilitate day-to-day operations
- Ability to prioritize and manage program deliverables
- High level of appreciation for and ability to conceptualize crucial stakeholder relationships
