Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and organizing the workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and payment transactions.
- Perform basic math calculations for order accuracy.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in a restaurant or grocery store setting, is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with culinary techniques and food preparation methods is a plus.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is essential.
- Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions and managing inventory.
