This position has no supervisor responsibilities.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will spend part of their time in our office located in West Lafayette, IN and part of their time working from home.
This job operates in a professional cubicle or home office environment where standard office equipment such as computer, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines are utilized. The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the individual is regularly required to stand, bend, kneel, sit, walk, and use hands to touch, type, handle, or feel objects; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Individual may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time hybrid position with the expectation that the employee will work 40 hours a week & will be in the office a few days in the week.
Travel
Travel when necessary for client work or training is expected for this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Operational Analysis & Improvement:
- Evaluate existing processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows and resource allocation.
- Data Analysis:
- Collect, organize, and analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Create detailed reports and dashboards using tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Microsoft CRM to present insights to stakeholders.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of operations with business objectives.
- Work one on one
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management (internal or client facing) in a clear, concise manner.
- Process Documentation:
- Develop and maintain documentation of operational processes and procedures.
- Provide training and support to teams to implement process changes effectively.
- Problem-Solving:
- Act as the first point of contact for operational issues, troubleshooting challenges, and proposing solutions in a timely manner.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, data analytics, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 2 - 4 years of experience in an operations or business analyst role is a plus
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Knowledge of process mapping and workflow optimization tools is a plus.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data to non-technical audiences.
